Dietitian and Nutritionist
One of Amelia’s greatest loves in life has always been food, so nutrition and dietetics was a natural career choice. With experience in private practice for over 4 years, Amelia has refined her practice in diabetes and weight management and works with a lower carbohydrate focus for patients as needed. As a professional trained in nutritional strategies for weight loss, ask Amelia for personalised and targeted support.
More recently Amelia has been trained in Food allergies and intolerances and can support patients through their dietary challenges and needs in a motivating and guiding way. In particular she works with patients on FODMAPS and ELIMINTAION diets to improve health and balance.
Amelia is excited to be joining the 360-Me team and working with the wider Health Sense group to embracing new challenges and learning more about the dietary needs of the clients.
Amelia sees patients under the Medicare Care Plan for diabetes and other chronic diseases , please ask your GP if you are eligible. If not, Amelia can also see private health insured patients without referrals.
