This refreshing smoothie is filled with sweet juicy melon that is high in cancer- fighting lycopene and vitamins, and has zero fat and cholesterol.
1-2 cups seedless watermelon chunks 1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, or to taste
1 cup lemon yoghurt Dash of cinnamon
- Puree watermelon, honey and mint in a blender or food processor quickly – do not over blend.
- Pulse in yoghurt and cinnamon- just until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled, tall glass.
