The Flu is a respiratory illness caused by RNA viruses that infect the respiratory tract in humans.
The flu results in a person having a fever, headache, a bad persisting cough and generally feeling under the weather.
The recovery time usually takes 1 – 2 weeks depending on ones health at the time of catching the virus.
The flu can be prevented by having a flu injection each year. It is advised that a person from 6 months of age and older should have a injection.
Now is the time to consult with your GP to have one administrated.
The consultation will consist of a Nurse administrating the injection and a Doctor that will consult you with information about the flu injection which is all Bulk Billed.
The Only fee to you will be the Flu Injection itself being $25.00.
