Meet our friendly team of fully qualified male and female doctors:

All of our GP’s have been awarded with The Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). This is a specialist general practice qualification accredited by the Australian Medical Council.

FRACGP denotes safe, specialised, high-quality general practice care.


Dr Sanchin JoshiDr Sachin (Joshi) is a fellow and member of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

He is interested in:

General Medicine
Paediatric Medicine
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health and;

He provides a wide range of services from Men’s and Women’s Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management, Coordinated Veterans Care (CVC), Skin Assessment and Lesion Removal.

Dr Joshi is a registered doctor with InjuryNET and competent to do Q-Fever vaccinations.

He has two children and likes to watch cricket and play table tennis and golf. He is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

Dr Kasia Strojek graduated in 2004 from Jagellonian University in Krakow, Poland.

She is interested in:

Women’s Health
Children’s Health
Antenatal Care
Lactation problems and
Preventative medicine.

Upon settling in Australia in 2006, she worked at Modbury Hospital. She has spent the last 4 years working in Clare, in private practice and at the hospital. She enjoys gardening and long walks. Kasia is fluent in Polish.

Dr Mofazzal graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Punjab University in 2002.

She is also/interested in:

Women’s Health
Children’s Health
Chronic Disease Management
Mental Health and Geriatrics

Dr Mofazzal is also interested in dermatology and skin checks and a Medical educator and examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is passionate about passing on her knowledge to young doctors.

She has worked in country Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales before moving to Adelaide.

Dr Gaurang Prajapati is a fellow and member of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

He has worked in the South Australian hospital system for 6 years and is interested in:

Chronic Disease Management
Men’s Health
Skin Checks
Musculoskeletal medicine

He also enjoys and is interested in Paediatrics, Dermatology; Mental Health;  skin cancer removal; Implanon insertion and removal and manage work cover injuries; motor vehicle accident and pre-employment medical assessments.

Dr Prajapati has worked in the Royal Adelaide, Modbury, Lyell McEwin and Women’s and Children’s Hospitals as well as the Flinders Medical Centre.

In his free time, he likes to spend quality time with his family and play long games of tennis. He speaks Gujarati, Hindi and English.

Dr Sohail has joined us from the from the UK where he has extensive experience in General Practice.

He is interested in:

Women’s health
Chronic disease management
Aged care

He is fluent in English, Udru, Punjabi and Hindi.




Meet our team of friendly allied health professionals and learn more about their qualifications, expertise and interests:

Our podiatrist, Phillip Ngo graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Podiatry.

After graduation Phillip immediately began work in a number of private practices, which has allowed him to gain a broad and varied perspective of the Podiatry profession.

He enjoys all aspects of Podiatry including general care – treating a range of nail/skin pathologies, working with biomechanical conditions, orthotic therapy and nail surgery.

Phillip has also gained additional qualifications in Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling and Foot Mobilisation Therapy.

Kylie is Government Accredited Senior Audiologist.

She has been a Full Member of the Australian College of Audiology (ACAud) since 2002 and a Full CCP Membership with Audiology Australia since 2009.

Kylie holds a Masters of Audiology from Flinders University, South Australia.

She has over 14 years Clinical Employment in the Hearing Care Industry in South Australia, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Tomoko is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Tomoko holds degrees in Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Tomoko has experience working for various government-based services, such as Community and Inpatient (public hospital) Adult Mental Health services based in metro and rural South Australia.

She is experienced in providing assessment and therapy services for a broad range of mental health disorders and issues, which include Mood Disorders (e.g., Depression, BPAD), Anxiety Disorders and Phobias, Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma related disorders, suicidal ideation, as well as Schizophrenia and Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders.

Tomoko is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to assist them relieve their psychological distress and build a fulfilling life. Her preferred modes of therapy include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Metacognitive Training. Her particular areas of interest include adolescent and adult mental health, emotion regulation skills and mindfulness-based approach.

One of Amelia’s greatest loves in life has always been food, so nutrition and dietetics was a natural career choice. With experience in private practice for over 4 years, Amelia has refined her practice in diabetes and weight management and works with a lower carbohydrate focus for patients as needed.  As a professional trained in nutritional strategies for weight loss, ask Amelia for personalised and targeted support.

More recently Amelia has been trained in Food allergies and intolerances and can support patients through their dietary challenges and needs in a motivating and guiding way. In particular she works with patients on FODMAPS and ELIMINTAION diets to improve health and balance.

Amelia is excited to be joining the 360-Me team and working with the wider Health Sense group to embracing new challenges and learning more about the dietary needs of the clients.

Amelia sees patients under the Medicare Care Plan for diabetes and other chronic diseases , please ask your GP if you are eligible. If not, Amelia can also see private health insured patients without referrals.

Toni Graduated as a Registered Nurse some 28 years ago. For the past twelve years Toni has specialised in Diabetes Education and became a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner in 2013.

In addition to education about diabetes Toni, can adjust insulin doses for patients, and commence them on insulin pump therapy

Toni also conducts a weight management clinic called “Healthy Target” These clinics are bulk-billed for anyone wanting to get on track with healthy eating.

Rhianon Marshall is a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).  Rhianon graduated a Master of Clinical Psychology Degree at Adelaide University in 2013.

She has a particular interest in the area of Child and Adolescent Mental Health, specifically:

Working with children and their families around mood, anxiety and behavioural disorders and
Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities.

Rhianon has vast experience conducting and writing interpretive reports on the basis of psychoeducational assessments for childrens’, adolescents’ and adults’ learning and development needs and is also accredited through Autism South Australia to provide ASD Diagnostic assessments and reports.

Rhianon is a business partner in Reaching Potential Psychology, a private Psychology Practice she runs with Kyla Trewartha.

Rhianon has a young family with a four-legged friend. She enjoys running, growing fruit, and participating in water sports with her friends and family in her leisure time.

Kyla Trewartha is a Clinical Psychologist having graduated from a Master of Clinical Psychology Degree at Flinders University in 2015.

Kyla is a business partner in Reaching Potential Psychology, a private Psychology Practice founded and operated with Rhianon Marshall.

Kyla is registered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
and has a particular interest in:

  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health
  • Mood, anxiety and behavioural disorders
  • Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities

Kyla is currently landscaping a new home and enjoys general exercise and fitness and spending time at the river with her friends and family.

Mark has a background that encompasses military service in the Australian Regular Army the banking and finance sector and 20 years in Practice Management.

Mark has a Graduate Certificate of Management from the University of New England.

His interests include motor bikes, travelling and social gatherings with friends and family.


Sarah completed her nurse training in the UK. She worked for many years in a burns and plastic surgery unit before becoming a Practice Nurse.

Sarah emigrated in 2006 to Melbourne where she continued to work in General Practice and Sports Medicine.

Having recently moved to Adelaide, Sarah is available for consultation Monday to Wednesday.

She loves all aspects of Practice Nursing but has a particular interest in Chronic Disease Management, wound care and Immunisation.

Amanda has been an Registered Nurse for nearly 5 years and has worked in both Acute and Aged care.

Practice Nursing is her passion and she enjoys the variety Practice Nursing has to offer and particularly loves caring for young children and their families.

In the very little amount of spare time she has, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two young boys and Husband and Mum time at the gym.


Lel is born and bred country northern SA, moving to the NT in 1984, and returning to Adelaide in 2012.

She has over 30 years’ health experience working in remote Aboriginal communities as well as in the NT Health system.

Lel is a trained Dental Nurse, having worked at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Oral Surgery Unit, as well being experienced in administrative roles in Child Welfare, Drug & Alcohol Services, Radiology, and Elective Surgery.

She has also recently had 2 years’ administrative experience working for a specialist Neurologist in the Northern Suburbs.  She enjoys her role working directly with the public and being able to provide a quality health service in the area.

Lel lives locally in the Greenwith area with her family.

I have come from many years of experience as a medical receptionist in GP land.

I enjoy being able to help wherever I can and enjoy the complexities and challenges my work offers. I love people contact and take pride in what I do.

I enjoy reading, movies and spending time with my family.


Debra has worked as a Medical Receptionist for the last two years and enjoys the challenge of learning about General Practice and the Allied Health Services available at Health Sense Medical.

Debra is a keen horsewoman and if not working can usually be found riding one of her horses.



Carly has been working in General Practice for three years and enjoys the interaction with patients.

At home she enjoys baking, spending time with her young family and weekend trips away.




Monique joined Health Sense in late September 2017 after previously working in hospitality, accounting and health care.

Originally from the Clare Valley, Monique moved to Adelaide about 3 years ago and enjoys playing netball, walking her dog “Duke” and F45.




Danielle, has an eclectic work background having worked previously in administration in a Real Estate Office for a number of years and more recently in Aged Care.

Danielle’s interests include cycling, walking and spending time with her family.
